Who's out, who's due back — on one live board.
BOB, set up a rental log for my car fleet. First ask me: how many cars I have, what we record on handover (mileage, fuel level, photos of damage), and whether we rent by day or by hour. Then create the fleet table with statuses, add my cars as examples, and build a live board that shows which cars are out, who has them, and when each one is due back.
