🛠 Maintenance requests
“Report a problem” — with a photo, no app.
BOB, make a maintenance request form for our building. First clarify: who will report problems, what priority levels we use, and who assigns the work. Then build the requests table, add the currently open issues as examples, and give me a link anyone can use to report a problem with a photo — no app install, no account.
Claude asks first: who reports · your priorities · who assigns
A request tracker with priority and status chips, four real issues logged (the meeting-room AC is already In progress), and a public form link: anyone scans a QR in the lobby, snaps a photo, taps Save. Facilities sees it the same second.
Reporting an urgent leak — priorities, statuses and the photo button, exactly as Claude configured them.
