BOB, help me run a warehouse stock count. Ask me first: how our locations are named, whether we count by SKU or by item name, and how many people will be counting at once. Then create the count sheet, add a few items as examples, and give the warehouse team a link so everyone counts into the same table from their phones.

A count sheet with rack-location chips, SKUs, quantities, a “counted by” field and a photo per item — plus one shared link for the whole crew. Duplicates and missing racks become a question to Claude, not an evening in Excel.
